1 General Terms & Conditions

To create an account on 7g7, you must meet the following requirements. Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

- Only one account per person is permitted.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited.
- Keeping your account password confidential is solely the Member's responsibility.
- Renting out or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Warning: Providing false information during verification may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture. Withdrawals may be blocked if KYC verification is not completed.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Deposits and withdrawals on 7g7 are fully secure and processed through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
- Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
- Payments via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket are accepted.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- 7g7 reserves the right to verify any suspicious transactions.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

- The welcome bonus is available to new Members only and is applied to the first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering amount has been completed.

- The same Member may not use the same promotion more than once.

5 Gaming Rules

- All game outcomes are regularly audited by independent third parties.
- Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error may result in the affected bet being voided.

- Sports Betting wagers are settled only after the official result is announced.
- Any active bets are saved if your network connection drops.

6 Prohibited Activities

Consequences: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7g7 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account at any time and for any reason. Members may also voluntarily close their own accounts.
- Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before their account is closed.
- If an account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
- Contact our support team to voluntarily close your account.
- Requesting self-exclusion will lock your account for a specified period.
